YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. 

If you continue to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website. When you use any current or future services, you are also subject to any applicable guidelines, terms, and agreements. If these Terms conflict with other service-specific terms, these Terms shall control. 

The term “ErikaV,” “ErikaVOnline,” “The Blessing Method,” “us,” “our,” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. 

PROPERTY & FEEDBACK 

We appreciate feedback, testimonials, comments, suggestions, and content submissions. You agree that we may freely use any feedback, testimonials, comments, suggestions, videos, Zoom recordings, or content submitted without obligation or compensation. Communications may occur electronically, and you consent to receive electronic communications which satisfy legal writing requirements. 

APPLICATION TO MARY KAY, INC.'S INDEPENDENT SALES ORGANIZATION 

We do not directly or indirectly promote, distribute, or sell services or products to members of Mary Kay, Inc.'s Independent Sales Organization. Any participation is voluntary and not due to solicitation or promotion. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

We do not offer returns or refunds unless expressly stated. Payment plans are commitments, and all payments are due regardless of participation. If payments default, the full balance becomes due within 30 days. Accounts forwarded to collections or legal counsel will incur an additional charge equal to one-third of the original balance. 

CONDITIONAL REFUND – THE BLESSING METHOD COURSE (WITH COACHING) 

For The Blessing Method Course that includes three (3) coaching sessions only, a limited conditional performance-based guarantee applies. To qualify for a refund within sixty (60) days, participants must provide documented proof of full completion and implementation, including lesson completion, homework submission in designated areas, attendance of all coaching sessions, and evidence of executing the strategies taught. Results include measurable business activity such as engagement, inquiries, leads, conversations, or sales. Partial participation or missing documentation voids eligibility. Requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be honored. 

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS 

All content, materials, recordings, downloads, branding, software, and training materials are the exclusive property of ErikaVOnline LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights to use trademarks or brand assets without written permission. 

NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY RIGHTS 

These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms. 

ASSIGNMENT & RELATIONSHIP 

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. ErikaVOnline LLC may assign its rights to affiliates or successors. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT & CONSENT 

By completing a purchase, checking the required agreement box, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding electronic agreement and providing your electronic signature consenting to these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Results Disclaimer.
