**Cancellation Policy for ErikaVOnline, LLC Private Coaching Sessions**

 

At ErikaVOnline, LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule appointments. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for our private coaching sessions:

 

1. **Cancellation Notice:** Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of their private coaching session.

 

2. **Missed or Unnotified Cancellations:** If a client misses a scheduled coaching session or fails to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled. The session will be deducted from the client’s package or billed separately if it was a standalone session.

 

3. **Rescheduling:** Clients are encouraged to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the availability of the coach. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within a reasonable time frame.

 

4. **Contact Information for Rescheduling:** Clients are required to contact ErikaVOnline, LLC for rescheduling through one of the following methods:

- Use the provided confirmation link for easy rescheduling.

 

5. **Emergency Situations:** In the event of a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, ErikaVOnline, LLC will review and assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. **Communication of Cancellation:** Clients must notify ErikaVOnline, LLC of any cancellations via the specified contact methods.

 

Adherence to this cancellation policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. We value our clients’ commitment to their coaching sessions and appreciate your understanding of this policy.
